Jocelyn is a digital marketing expert with over seven years of experience helping artists grow their brands, connect with fans, and make an impact online.

She has worked in the music industry as a digital marketer, product manager, and A&R, gaining a well-rounded perspective that has shaped her reputation for developing innovative strategies that elevate artist brands, expand audiences, and drive real results.

As the former Director of Digital Marketing at Def Jam Recordings, Jocelyn led major album and single release campaigns, crafting creative digital strategies, managing rollout timelines, launching influencer campaigns, and overseeing advertising efforts to maximize artist reach.

Before Def Jam, she played a key role at ContraBrand Agency, contributing to viral marketing campaigns, including 24kGoldn’s global hit, Mood. Her expertise in social media, short-form video, and trend analysis has helped artists stand out and grow their audiences in an increasingly competitive industry.

Beyond her work with labels and agencies, Jocelyn has mentored thousands of artists through the Brandman Network, a music marketing course community, teaching them how to effectively promote their music and build engaged fan bases.

With a background as a collegiate athlete, Jocelyn brings discipline, teamwork, and creativity to every project. She is passionate about bridging music, culture, and digital marketing to help artists cut through the noise and build lasting connections with their fans.

With all her experience, Jocelyn felt compelled to start her own agency to share her wealth of knowledge with artists. She isn’t interested in simply going through the motions of working in the music industry—she is dedicated to making a real impact by helping as many artists as possible.
